TL;DRThe short answer

Short version of the IPTV questions we answer most: three plans (Standard HD $39/year, Premium 4K $69/year, Lifetime Max $299 once), logins emailed within half an hour as a rule, works on almost any device except Roku without a workaround, and a 60-day refund window. Everything else is below.

CH 02How to use this page

Before the IPTV questions

We wrote this IPTV service FAQ from our WhatsApp history, not from a template. If your question isn’t here, it’s probably a good one, and the fastest answer is a message to us. The IPTV questions that come up most sit at the top of each group, the rarer ones further down. If you’re comparing plans, keep the plans and prices page open in another tab.

Do you answer IPTV questions before I buy?

Yes, and most chats start that way: which plan fits the house, whether a language group is in today’s list, whether an older TV will cope. Ask as many IPTV questions as you like. Nobody is pushed to buy, and plenty of people come back a week later once they’ve measured their Wi-Fi.

What’s the difference between the three plans?

Standard HD ($39/year): 40,000 live channels in Full HD, 90,000 on-demand titles. Premium 4K ($69/year): 60,000 channels, 4K wherever the broadcaster sends it, 200,000 titles, three days of replay. Lifetime Max ($299, paid once): 80,000+ channels, 250,000+ titles, its own dedicated server, four screens and a week of replay.

Do you sell shorter plans?

No. We sell yearly and lifetime plans only. That keeps support focused on people who are staying, and over a year it works out far better value than paying in small pieces. If you want to be sure before committing, remember the 60-day refund window.

What does “lifetime” mean?

One payment and no yearly renewal on that plan. It also includes the most screens, the longest replay and a dedicated server. If you’d rather not commit, start yearly and ask us about moving up later.

Can I move up to a bigger plan later?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your current login and the plan you want, and we’ll tell you how it works for your case. People usually move up when they add a TV or want replay for sport.

Can I get more than one screen?

Yes. The add-ons: two screens on Standard HD for $59 a year, two on Premium 4K for $119 a year, a three-screen Premium 4K lifetime plan for $249, and Lifetime Max, which already includes up to four.

CH 044 questions

IPTV questions about devices

Which devices work?

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV and Google TV, Hisense and TCL with Android or Google TV), Firestick and Fire TV, Android boxes, MAG boxes, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows or Mac computers. If a TV is more than six or seven years old, a stick in the HDMI port usually works better than the TV’s own apps.

Does it work on Roku?

Not natively. Roku blocks apps from outside its own store, which leaves three routes: cast from a phone, mirror its screen, or plug another device into the TV. A Fire TV stick in the spare HDMI port is the simplest long-term fix. We explain them on the Roku page.

Can I use it when I travel?

The login works wherever you have a good internet connection, on a phone, tablet or laptop. On a one-screen plan, stop the stream at home first. Hotel Wi-Fi is often the weak point; HD versions of channels cope better than 4K on it.

Which app should I install?

Short answer by platform: Android-based sticks and boxes get TiviMate, Apple hardware gets Smarters or GSE, and Samsung or LG sets get IBO Player. Reasons in our app-by-device comparison.

CH 052 questions

Setup and first login

How do I receive my login?

By email, usually 5 to 30 minutes after payment. You get Xtream codes (server URL, username, password) and an M3U link. MAG box owners send us their MAC address and get a portal URL instead. If the email hasn’t arrived after 30 minutes, check the spam folder, then message us. We’ll also help with setup: send a photo of your screen and the device name, and most installs are finished in one or two messages.

Xtream codes or M3U link: which do I use?

Xtream codes whenever the app offers it. You get live TV, films, series and replay in separate sections. The M3U link is for players that only accept a URL, like VLC.

CH 065 questions

Watching: speed, quality and replay

How fast does my internet need to be?

Around 15 Mbps spare for comfortable 4K on one screen. Full HD needs far less. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi makes a bigger difference than the headline speed of your broadband plan. Two 4K streams at once need about twice as much, and a house full of game downloads and video calls eats into the margin.

Will it ever buffer?

Any live stream over the internet can stutter now and then, from home Wi-Fi to a busy source. Our servers are load-balanced and many channels have backup versions. If something keeps happening, tell us the channel, the time and the device; a pattern helps us find the cause. First things to try at home: restart the device and router, and switch to the second version of the channel.

How does replay work?

On Premium 4K (3 days) and Lifetime Max (7 days), open a channel’s guide, go back to a program that has already aired and press play. It works on channels with catch-up, which your app marks with an icon or a separate Catch Up section, depending on the app. Standard HD doesn’t include replay.

Why are there so many channels with the same name?

Many channels appear in several qualities (4K, FHD, HD) and with a backup feed, and US networks often have East and West versions. Pick the one that suits the TV and favorite it. Our channel lineup explainer shows how the list is built.

Are local channels included?

Local affiliates are well covered in the big markets and vary in smaller ones. Read our local channels guide or send us your ZIP code.

CH 073 questions

IPTV questions about payment and refunds

How can I pay?

Any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, plus bank transfer at 10% less. We don’t take crypto, gift cards or PayPal. Whichever you use, the bank statement shows a neutral label, not a TV-related name. We send the payment details on WhatsApp once you’ve picked a plan.

What’s your refund policy?

A simple one: you have 60 days from the purchase date to change your mind, and one message is enough. Read the refund policy page for what to include.

Will you remind me before my plan ends?

Yes. A WhatsApp message lands ahead of the end date of any yearly plan, leaving you time to renew, switch tiers or let it lapse. Lifetime Max has no renewal, so there’s nothing to remind you about.

CH 084 questions

Support

How do I reach you?

Two routes: message +44 7490 300294 on WhatsApp on any day, or write to [email protected]. Chat replies come quicker, and IPTV questions sent there are answered by a person, not a bot. Details on our contact page.

Why a UK number if you serve the US?

Because it’s used through WhatsApp, the country code doesn’t matter: chatting from a US phone over Wi-Fi or data adds nothing to your bill. We don’t take regular phone calls on it. Written messages also mean you have the setup steps saved in the chat for next time.

Is IPTV legal where I live?

That’s a local-law question, and we can’t give legal advice, so please look up the rules that apply to you. The technology itself is described neutrally in Wikipedia’s IPTV entry.

Can I change the email my login goes to?

Yes. Send the new address on WhatsApp from the number you ordered with, and future emails, renewal details included, go there instead.
