Refund policy: 60 days to change your mind

Our refund policy fits in one sentence: if it’s been 60 days or fewer since you bought, a single message gets your money back. No forms, no hoops. Below is what to send so we can find your order quickly, what happens after you ask, and how long the money usually takes to show up.

TL;DRThe short answer

Ask within 60 days of the purchase date, on WhatsApp (+44 7490 300294) or by email ([email protected]). Tell us the email you bought with and the plan. The refund goes back through the way you paid.

CH 02Step by step

How to ask for a refund

Four steps, a few minutes.

  1. Check the date

The window is 60 days from the day you bought the plan. Your receipt email shows the date.

  2. Message us

Message our WhatsApp line or email inbox and put the word “refund” at the very top so it gets routed straight away.

  3. Tell us which order

The email address you used to buy, the plan name, and the payment method. That’s enough for us to find it.

  4. We confirm

We reply to confirm the refund and stop the login. The money goes back through the way you paid.

If you’d like, tell us why. It’s optional and it doesn’t change anything, but if the problem was a setup issue, we may be able to fix it on the spot.

How the money comes back

Timings depend on your bank, not on us. These are typical.

You paid byRefund goes toTypical time to appear
Credit or debit cardThe same cardA few business days, depending on the card issuer
Apple Pay or Google PayThe card behind the walletSame as a card refund
Bank transferThe account you sent it fromUsually a few business days after we send it

What the refund policy covers

Every plan: Standard HD, Premium 4K, Lifetime Max and the multi-screen options. The window is the same 60 days for all of them, counted from the purchase date.

When a refund is confirmed, the login stops working. If you were planning to switch to another plan rather than leave, tell us; it’s often simpler to change the plan than to refund and buy again.

If you paid by bank transfer with the 10% discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

Refund questions

Ask us on WhatsApp
Does processing a refund cost me anything?

No. You get back what you paid, with nothing deducted by us.

What if I’m past 60 days?

The refund policy window is 60 days from purchase. Message us anyway if something is wrong with the service; we’ll help fix it.

Can I get a refund on a lifetime plan?

Yes. Lifetime Max follows the same 60-day rule as the yearly tiers.

Do I have to explain why?

No. A reason helps us improve, but it’s optional.

Can I ask on behalf of someone else?

Yes, if you have the email address used for the order and the person agrees. We’ll confirm with the order email before refunding.

Will my bank statement show the refund clearly?

Yes. The money comes back as a credit under the same neutral statement label you saw when you paid, which makes it simple to spot.

What if the money hasn’t shown up yet?

Send us the date we confirmed the refund. Card and wallet refunds can take a few business days to post, depending on the issuer; a transfer depends on your bank.

Can I buy again later after a refund?

Yes. A refund closes that order, nothing more. If you come back later, you simply order a new plan the usual way.
