TL;DRThe short answer
You buy a yearly or lifetime plan, we send a personal login by email, and you use it on up to the number of screens your plan includes. Lineups change over time, we don’t promise any specific channel or event, and refunds can be requested for 60 days.
What you’re buying
IPTV Service USA sells subscriptions to an IPTV service: live TV channels and a library of films and series, delivered over your internet connection to a player app or device. We sell three plans, Standard HD and Premium 4K (one year each) and Lifetime Max (one payment), plus the multi-screen options listed on the plans page. The plan you pay for is the plan described there at the time of purchase, priced in US dollars.
We don’t sell devices or player apps. Players like IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate belong to independent developers, whose own terms and charges apply.
Your login and screens
Once payment clears, your access details go out by email, normally inside half an hour: Xtream codes plus an M3U link, or a portal address for a MAG box. The login is for your household. Please don’t share it outside your home or resell it.
Each plan allows a set number of streams at the same time: one on Standard HD and Premium 4K, up to four on Lifetime Max, or the number shown on the multi-screen option you bought. If more devices try to play at once, the extra ones are refused until a stream stops. That’s a technical limit, not a penalty.
Channels, lineups and what we can’t promise
Channel counts on our site describe the lineup at the time of writing. Sources change, so channels can move, gain backups or be unavailable for a time. We work to keep the lineup full, but these terms of service don’t promise that any specific channel, match or event will be available. If one matters to you, ask us before you buy and we’ll check the current list.
Replay (catch-up), part of the two upper tiers, is limited to channels that keep an archive. Picture quality is a product of the source, your hardware and your connection. Live streaming over the internet can occasionally stutter, and we don’t promise uninterrupted service.
Payment and renewal
Cards (debit or credit), the two phone wallets and bank transfers are accepted, the last with 10% off. Charges run through a third-party payment provider and carry a neutral descriptor on statements.
Yearly plans run for one year from activation. Ahead of the end date we message you on WhatsApp; renewing is your call. Lifetime Max is a single payment with no renewal.
Refunds
For 60 days after purchase you may request a refund in writing, over WhatsApp or email. The refund policy page explains the process.
What we ask of you
- Use the service for personal, household viewing.
- Keep your login to yourself and your household.
- Don’t try to overload, copy or resell the service.
- Local law is your responsibility, and legal advice is something we can’t offer.
If a login is clearly being shared or resold, we may suspend it after contacting you.
Support and changes to these terms of service
Help is available every day through WhatsApp (+44 7490 300294) and at [email protected]. If you need our company details, ask through either channel and we’ll provide them.
These terms of service can be revised when the service itself changes, say with a new plan. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date it’s published. Your privacy rights are covered separately, and our contact page explains the fastest way to reach us. For a neutral description of the technology itself, see IPTV on Wikipedia.
