TL;DRThe short answer
We keep your email and WhatsApp number to deliver your login, send expiry reminders and give support. The payment provider processes cards, which means full card numbers never touch our systems. Your details are not sold or rented.

What we collect, and why
The whole list.
| Data | Why we need it | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | To send your login and receipts, and to answer emails | You give it when you buy |
| WhatsApp number and chat | To answer questions, help with setup and send your expiry reminder | You message us |
| Plan and purchase date | To know which plan is active, when it renews and if you’re still within the 60-day refund window | Your order |
| MAC address (MAG boxes only) | To register the box and send the portal URL | You send it to us |
| Payment details | Handled by the payment provider, not by us | The provider’s checkout |
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments go through our payment provider. The provider processes the card; we receive confirmation that the payment went through and the amount, not your full card number. Bank transfers show up as an incoming transfer with the reference you give. Your bank statement shows a neutral label.
How we use it, and what we never do
Your details are used for four jobs: delivery, support, the expiry reminder and refunds. Nothing else.
- We don’t sell or rent your data.
- We don’t share it with advertisers.
- We don’t send marketing to your WhatsApp beyond messages about your own plan.
- We don’t ask for your address, date of birth or ID.
The website has no account sign-up, so there is no password of yours on our side to protect. We also don’t need your name to sell you a plan; if you give one in a chat, it stays in that chat.
What you send us in a chat
Anything you write in a chat, such as your device model, your city for a lineup check or a photo of an error on your TV, is used to answer that chat. Please don’t send card numbers, or passwords for other accounts, in a message: we never need them, and we will never ask.
The welcome email comes from [email protected]. We don’t email you about anything unrelated to your own plan.
What you watch
This privacy policy also covers a question people ask: do we see what you watch? Our servers handle the streams, so like any streaming service there are technical logs of connections, used to keep the service running and to spot a login being shared. We don’t build viewing profiles and we don’t sell viewing data.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct your email address, or ask us to delete your details. A WhatsApp to +44 7490 300294 or an email to [email protected] is enough. If you delete your details while a plan is active, we can no longer send reminders or match a refund request to your order, so we’ll tell you that before we do it.
We hold onto order records for the life of your plan, then only as long as refunds and accounts need. Company details: ask and we’ll share them.
Changes to this privacy policy
Any change to what we collect appears on this page first. Usage rules live in our terms of service, refunds are explained on the refund page, and you can compare plans on the subscription page. Any question about this page goes through the usual contact options. For general background on the topic, Wikipedia has an overview of privacy policies.
